[Asia Economy Reporter Ji-hwan Park] Deloitte Consulting Korea announced on the 9th that it will begin its 2021 regular recruitment for new consultants.
This recruitment is a large-scale regular hiring conducted for the first time in a year, running for about three months from the 9th through May. Reflecting its growth vision and the high interest from applicants, Deloitte Consulting plans to hire more than twice the number of talents compared to the previous year.
The 2021 regular recruitment for new consultants can be applied for online starting from the 9th on the Deloitte Consulting Korea recruitment website. The process includes document screening, an online problem-solving ability test, and interviews.
This regular recruitment will be conducted entirely online in response to the COVID-19 situation. In addition to a dedicated KakaoTalk channel and SNS, online briefings will be held to strengthen contact points with applicants and provide real-time Q&A.
New consultants who pass the final selection will be provided with 'Bootcamp,' an intensive training program to enhance practical problem-solving skills, as part of Deloitte Consulting's unique talent development program. Over the next 2 to 3 years, they will have opportunities to explore various industries and service areas, receive specialized training, participate in overseas projects, and network with global experts, with full support. Each new consultant will also be assigned a personal counselor for ongoing consultations tailored to their strengths and desired career paths.
Song Soo-young, CEO of Deloitte Consulting Korea, stated, "Innovation and growth in consulting firms start with a single talent," adding, "The core of Deloitte Consulting's talent policy is to cultivate industry-leading experts based on individual strengths. Through this regular recruitment, we aim to discover outstanding talents who will join Deloitte's innovation and growth."
