[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Paradise Hotel Busan announced on the 9th that it will hold the 'Florida Grapefruit Blossom' promotion until the 31st, allowing guests to enjoy seasonal Florida grapefruits according to their preferences.
This promotion, in collaboration with the Florida Citrus Association, features over 20 new menu items using Florida grapefruits, which are rich in vitamin C and good for boosting immunity. The offerings include beverages, desserts, and salads.
On the first floor of the main building, 'Crystal Garden' offers three types of drinks: Cloud Grapefruit Latte, Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice, and Grapefruit Ade, allowing guests to choose according to their taste. Each is priced at 20,000 KRW. The 'Boutique Bakery' on the first floor of the main building has prepared desserts such as Grapefruit Chiffon Cake, Grapefruit Mascarpone, Grapefruit Tart, and Grapefruit Curd. Prices range from 10,000 to 45,000 KRW.
The premium buffet 'On The Plate' has newly renovated its salad, dessert, and fruit corners. It offers 12 types of desserts including Citrus Salad, Grapefruit Avocado Penne Salad, Grapefruit Yogurt, Pie, Cream Puff, and fresh grapefruit.
A representative of Paradise Hotel Busan said, "We are conducting this promotion in March, the peak season of the year, to allow guests to enjoy the globally popular Florida grapefruit at its best taste," adding, "We hope guests will boost their immunity this spring with these unique grapefruit menus that consider both taste and nutrition."
