A man in his 20s who blocked the village bus and assaulted the driver has been booked by the police.

According to multiple media reports on the day, the police have booked and are investigating a man in his 20s, Mr. A, on charges of assaulting a driver of a vehicle in operation (under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes).
Mr. A is accused of blocking the front of a village bus approaching from behind near a bus stop in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, around 4 p.m. on the 28th of last month, and assaulting the driver in his 60s.
It was investigated that he committed the crime because the village bus following his sports car honked its horn.
The police have secured the black box footage and plan to summon Mr. A, the victim, and witnesses for investigation.
The police booked Mr. A under the "Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes," but the final application will be decided after reviewing the investigation details and precedents.
