[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] On the afternoon of the 8th, Cha Hyun-il, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District Office, presented the Presidential Citation to Lee Yeon-jae, Vice President of the Yeongdeungpo District Council of the National Unification Advisory Council, and Kim Mi-soon, Chairperson of the Social Welfare Subcommittee of the Council, at the 1st quarter online regular meeting of the National Unification Advisory Council held at the Yeongdeungpo District Office Tium Studio, and took a commemorative photo together.

Advisory members Lee Yeon-jae and Kim Mi-soon of the Yeongdeungpo District Council of the National Unification Advisory Council were awarded the Presidential Citation in recognition of their contributions to creating a peaceful and prosperous Korean Peninsula through activities to spread consensus on peaceful unification in the local community.

Mayor Cha Hyun-il stated, “I expect the National Unification Advisory Council to broaden the consensus on unification and play a significant role in inter-Korean reconciliation and peace on the Korean Peninsula.”
