Seoul Suseo Police Station announced on the 4th that they are chasing the motorcycle rider who threw the brick and fled, following a report from the victim, Mr. A.
According to the police, at around 7:17 PM the previous day, on a two-lane road in front of a department store near Hanti Station intersection in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, a motorcycle rider threw a brick at the rear window of a passenger car and fled.
Mr. A posted on an online community, "While making a right turn, the motorcycle aggressively cut in front of me, and I honked once," adding, "While waiting at the signal, I heard a 'thud' sound and at first thought someone had bumped into me, but the rear window was shattered and the motorcycle was hastily fleeing." He claimed that the rider picked up a brick from a nearby construction site and threw it, saying, "The children in the back seat were scared, crying, and in shock."
A police official stated, "We will quickly apprehend the motorcycle rider by tracking them through analysis of closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage."
