Eco-Friendly Trend: No-Label Water Bottles Soar... Seven Eleven Sells 2L Bundles On the morning of the 4th, unlabeled bottled water "Icis 2L (6-pack)" is displayed at the Seven Eleven Itaewon Central branch in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Icis 2L (6-pack) is a bundle-only product and is being sold for the first time at Seven Eleven convenience stores.

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] The label-free bottled water market is growing in the era of eco-friendliness.

Convenience store 7-Eleven announced on the 4th that it will start selling the label-free bottled water "Isis 2ℓ (6-pack)." "Isis 2ℓ (6-pack)" is a bundle-only product and will be sold for the first time at 7-Eleven convenience stores. The price is 3,300 won.

Recently, as social interest in the environment has greatly increased, eco-friendly products have established themselves as a new value consumption trend and are spreading rapidly. A representative product is label-free bottled water without a separate package label. Label-free bottled water makes it easier to separate and dispose of transparent PET bottles in daily life, reducing plastic waste and increasing recycling rates.

7-Eleven plans to focus on expanding the display of label-free bottled water mainly in residential areas and single-person business districts where bottled water demand is high. In April, two types of private brand (PB) bottled water (500㎖, 2ℓ) will also be renewed and launched as label-free bottled water.
