InterContinental Seoul COEX Brasserie, 'A Spring Table Embracing Jeju'

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] InterContinental Seoul COEX announced on the 4th that its first-floor restaurant The Brasserie will present 'A Spring Table Embracing Jeju' until March 31 in celebration of Gyeongchip.

During this period, a 'Kids Free Event' is also being held, offering free meals for up to two children (under 10 years old) when dining with two or more adults. On weekday evenings only, guests can choose one glass from three red wines and two white wines selected by the head sommelier, which will be provided free of charge. Reservations made through Naver will receive a 15% discount on weekdays and a 10% discount on weekends.

At 'A Spring Table Embracing Jeju,' The Brasserie's head chefs showcase spring seasonal menus made with Jeju specialties such as black pork, abalone, hanchi (cuttlefish), sea bream, canola flowers, and Hallabong. The menu includes sea bream salt-grilled simply on a charcoal grill, 'crispy outside, tender inside' grilled mackerel with soy glaze using seasonal mackerel, stir-fried chewy pork belly with soft bracken, hanchi seafood mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) with a savory doenjang (fermented soybean paste) broth, canola greens, Hallabong cr?me br?l?e, and Jeju mugwort latte.

The promotion runs until the 31st, with prices remaining the same as before. Lunch is priced at 85,000 KRW on weekdays and 95,000 KRW on weekends, and dinner is 100,000 KRW (tax and service charge included).
