In particular, lawyer Lee emphasized that compensation can be received not only for physical illnesses but also for mental and emotional issues. He also explained that cases involving extreme choices can be recognized as industrial accidents.

Lawyer Lee stated, "To cope with industrial accidents, you only need to remember three things," citing "the fact that industrial accident applications are possible even without the employer's consent, the need to secure materials such as the accident site and work details at the time of the accident, and the necessity of consulting experts for ambiguous matters."
