EDGC Decides on 1 Free Share per Share Stock Dividend

[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] EDGC announced on the 3rd that it has decided on a stock dividend of 1 share per 1 share (excluding treasury stock).

It will issue 40,609,344 new shares, bringing the total number of shares after the capital increase to 83,543,875. The par value per share is 100 KRW, and the record date for new shares allocation is the 18th of this month. The scheduled listing date for the new shares is the 12th of next month.
