Introducing Jung-gu's Special Public Education 4-Set... Detailed Guide to Using Various Childcare and Educational Facilities

[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] Jung-gu, Seoul (Mayor Seoyangho) has published the childcare and education guidebook for Jung-gu, "Aiya Jung-gu Gaja".

Jung-gu, with a population of 126,000, is facing a crisis where 18% of 6th graders decrease upon entering middle school. Mayor Seoyangho of Jung-gu has turned this crisis of a small population into an opportunity for more support and has generously invested in "investment for the future."

Since the launch of the 7th local government, Mayor Seoyangho, who has been conducting on-the-ground administration with the slogan "Making Jung-gu a good place to raise children," has compiled the results into this booklet.

The booklet is produced in a visually appealing size of 71 pages so that Jung-gu residents can find and enjoy high-quality childcare and education services without missing any. QR codes are placed throughout the booklet so residents can access timely information.

In particular, it provides an overview of Jung-gu’s special public education four-piece set: ▲ the nation’s first district-operated public daycare center ▲ the district-operated elementary after-school care center, which achieved 99% parent satisfaction and became a national standard model ▲ the Jung-gu Admission Counseling Center, offering high-quality college entrance consulting without cost burden ▲ and the one-stop career experience bus where vivid future jobs can be experienced.

Additionally, it kindly guides users through "step-by-step usage services" so that childcare, education programs, and various facilities in Jung-gu can be conveniently accessed by age group.

Reflecting the wishes of teenagers who lack spaces to learn and enjoy, it includes detailed information on public facilities related to childcare and education, such as the "Jung-gu Education Support Center Iroum," which opened in July last year, and the "Sindang Nuri Center," a living SOC complex space in Jung-gu opened in February this year.

Various programs organized by theme and various support benefits are also introduced without omission.

The booklet was distributed to local daycare centers, elementary after-school care institutions, and Jung-gu youth centers so that parents can use it as an educational guide for their children.

Also, "Aiya Jung-gu Gaja" is posted as an electronic file on the district website, the Kids Note app dedicated to infant and toddler institutions, and online cafes and bands used by residents, making it easily accessible online.
