Seoul Songpa Police Station announced on the 2nd that Mr. A, who is accused of public obscenity, has been sent to the prosecution.

Mr. A is accused of exposing his genitals to a female resident who was in the elevator with him at an officetel in Munjeong-dong, Songpa-gu, on the 12th of last month, Lunar New Year's Day, and then fleeing.

During the police investigation, Mr. A reportedly stated that it was "a momentary mistake" and expressed "sorry."
