[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Oh Hwan-joo] Kim San, the governor of Muan County, visited the site of the first vaccine inoculation and encouraged the hospital medical staff while adhering to quarantine rules.
According to Muan County, Governor Kim San visited Jeongdaun Nursing Hospital on the morning of the 2nd to inspect the vaccination site and emphasized "thorough preparation and readiness for similar situations."
Starting from the 2nd, Muan County began COVID-19 vaccinations for 121 residents and workers of nursing hospitals, including Jeongdaun Nursing Hospital, Muan Silver Small-scale Nursing Home, and Hanseung Silver Care Nursing Home.
Governor Kim San stated, "We will do our best to manage those vaccinated so that the residents can feel at ease," and added, "We will maintain vigilance until the end to ensure that COVID-19 vaccinations for nursing facility workers and residents proceed without any setbacks."
