KB Securities announced on the 2nd that it will conduct an online survey to recruit the 6th term of the first customer panel of this year, 'KB Star Messenger.'
'KB Star Messenger' is a system that selects customers who actively express their opinions through online surveys as panels. Their opinions are reflected in the services for improvement.
Last year, based on customer panel opinions, KB Securities expanded overseas stock pre-market trading hours, provided free real-time quotes for US stocks, offered 10-level order book for overseas stocks, and introduced a membership maintenance system when the payment account balance is insufficient for the Prime Club paid membership service.
The 6th term customer panel will be selected through an online survey from the 3rd to the 7th. Twenty individuals who actively express their opinions will be selected. They will carry out proposal activities remotely on topics such as KB Securities' official YouTube channel 'Marvel TV' and KB Securities' customer preferential service 'Able Premier Consulting,' including suggestions for improvements or requests. KB Securities will provide activity fees to them and also reward outstanding proposal activities.
