GS Construction Expands 'Zian B' Service... "From Car Wash to Cleaning"

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] GS Construction announced on the 2nd that it will expand the services provided by 'XIAN vie' to include car washing and cleaning.

To this end, GS Construction signed agreements simultaneously with eight leading lifestyle service companies in Korea. These include GS Caltex, vehicle maintenance service provider GS M-Biz, Kumyoung Entertainment, Jaranda, Dogmate, Wayo, Cleaning Lab, Miso, and Car Wash King, all of which are top competitors in their respective industries.

'XIAN vie' is GS Construction's integrated service brand for Xi apartment communities. Launched in November last year, it has been providing services such as CGV, Ourhome, Jjaekakakko, and Class101 to apartment residents. The expanded services can be accessed through the 'Xi Integrated App.'

A GS Construction official stated, "XIAN vie will grow into a lifestyle culture integrated service brand that leads lifestyle innovation beyond the concept of space," adding, "We expect it to become a new standard for apartment lifestyles in the future."
