Korea Safety Education Association Conducts Remote Regular Safety and Health Training with Osong Advanced Medical Industry Promotion Foundation

The Korea Safety Education Association (President Jeong Seong-ho, hereinafter referred to as the Association) conducted remote regular training for workers, targeting researchers and all employees of the Osong Advanced Medical Industry Promotion Foundation.

The Advanced Medical Complex is a foundation established under government leadership to stabilize the national competitiveness of the biohealth industry, a next-generation national key industry selected by the current government.

Regular safety and health training for workers is a legally mandated education under Article 31 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, and trainees must complete a certain number of hours of training each quarter.

The training content provided this time included ▲ matters related to industrial safety and accident prevention ▲ matters related to industrial health and prevention of occupational diseases ▲ matters related to health promotion and disease prevention ▲ matters related to the "Industrial Safety and Health Act" and safety management.

As a commissioned training institution of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Association’s completion records of legally mandated training are recognized. Due to COVID-19, in-person training is discouraged, and in addition to regular worker training, the Association offers non-face-to-face online remote training lectures such as supervisor training, risk assessment personnel training, and new employee training.
