[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Emons announced on the 2nd that it awarded scholarships and scholarship certificates to 12 Emons scholarship students of 2021 at its headquarters in Incheon on the 25th of last month.
Now in its 14th year, the Emons Scholarship Foundation aims to nurture talents who will lead the future by targeting university students with dreams and talents in various fields.
At the event, scholarships of 5 million KRW each were awarded to a total of 12 scholarship students, including Kim Do-yeon from Busan National University of Education, who were selected through a rigorous screening process.
In addition, Emons supports scholarships for employees with high school and university student children (500,000 KRW per high school student, 1 million KRW per university student), striving to contribute to society and improve employee welfare.
Emons operates external and internal scholarships worth approximately 100 million KRW annually and plans to expand the scope and range of scholarship support in the future.
An Emons official said, "We hope that the scholarships will serve as nourishment and light for your passion for studies and the precious dreams you hold in your hearts, helping you grow into the next generation of leaders in the local community and our country."
