[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Chosun Hotel & Resort announced on the 2nd that each hotel’s Chosun Deli at The Westin Chosun Seoul, The Westin Chosun Busan, and Grand Chosun Busan will present special cakes to celebrate White Day on March 14.
The Gift & Patisserie Chosun Deli at The Westin Chosun Seoul will offer a 'Romantic Luxury' cake, perfect for confessing love, until the 14th. It features a rich chocolate sheet spread with sweet and tangy raspberry jam, topped with lychee raspberry cream infused with a rose scent. Cute mini bag and shoe decorations made of sugar are placed on the pink cake as gifts for beloved partners. The whole cake is priced at 68,000 KRW (including service charge) and requires a reservation at least one day in advance.
The Westin Chosun Busan’s Chosun Deli will offer the 'White Angel' cake, symbolizing the meaning of an angel delivering sweet love, until the 14th. The cake consists of chocolate sheets layered with mascarpone cream and finished with buttercream, harmonizing the flavors of sweet chocolate and smooth cream. On top of the cake, a sugar-crafted basket holds Mrs. Bridge candies, patissier-made green apple, mango, strawberry, blueberry handmade jelly, and pink meringue, creating a romantic mood. The price is 62,000 KRW.
Grand Chosun Busan’s Chosun Deli will present the 'Flower in Love' cake themed around a flower-scented White Day romance from the 8th to the 14th. Cream cheese is sandwiched between heart-shaped strawberry cookies, allowing you to enjoy the deep flavor and sweetness of cheese together. The cake is topped with heart-shaped mascarpone mousse, chocolate, blueberries, cherries, and edible flowers in pink, white, and yellow colors. The price is 65,000 KRW.
