[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] HiteJinro announced on the 2nd that it will renew 'Ilpum Jinro 1924' as 'Ilpum Jinro'.


HiteJinro launched Ilpum Jinro in 2006, which condensed long-standing tradition and brewing technology. While reorganizing its premium soju product lineup, it introduced Ilpum Jinro 1924 in 2018 after four years of research. Through this renewal, it delivers the unique value of Ilpum Jinro to consumers with a completely new package and product name.


The product maintains Ilpum Jinro's identity with its square bottle shape, while enhancing the premium feel through embossing. The label's typography applies the design of renowned calligrapher Lee Sang-hyun. The alcohol content, volume, and price remain the same as before.


HiteJinro is expanding the Ilpum Jinro brand and forming the super-premium market not only with Ilpum Jinro but also by releasing a limited edition Ilpum Jinro using barrel-aged original liquor. Each bottle of the limited edition Ilpum Jinro is assigned a unique number, increasing its collectible value and causing it to be scarce every year.
