Scenes from the online meeting on the theme of 'Win-Win Cooperation and Safety First' between Bando Construction and its partner companies Bando Construction announced on the 2nd that it held an 'Win-Win Cooperation & Safety First Online Meeting' together with about 60 partner companies.
The meeting, held online via video conference on the 25th and 26th of last month, was attended by Bando Construction CEO Park Hyun-il, executives and employees, as well as representatives from about 60 partner companies.
During the meeting, discussions were held on ▲2021 business plans and policy directions ▲sharing of issues and accident cases by work type ▲major accident and safety accident prevention education ▲technology and quality improvement measures. There was also a session introducing the selection of outstanding partner companies and preferential benefits (such as expanded bidding opportunities and relaxation of contract performance guarantees). Additionally, in relation to the increasingly important safety and health management, major accident cases were shared to unite efforts in preventing construction site accidents.
Bando Construction CEO Park Hyun-il said, "Last year, thanks to the active win-win cooperation of our partner companies, Bando Construction was able to achieve not only mutual growth but also 'Zero Major Accidents (0)'." He added, "I express my gratitude to all executives and employees of our partner companies and hope we can prepare well together for the post-COVID era, where communication with partners becomes even more important."
Seongju Construction CEO Jo Young-deok, a partner company of Bando Construction, responded, "I strongly agree with Bando Construction's policy of prioritizing site safety," and added, "Partner companies will also strive to form a consensus with the company and move forward together in the same direction."
