The customer who ordered chicken gave a 1-star rating and wrote, "Is it natural for delivery to be late? Ridiculous," along with profanity. The customer used curses like 'XX nyeon,' 'XX gateun nyeon,' and 'X sori.' Additionally, the customer made derogatory remarks about the appearance of the person who called to inform the estimated delivery time, who was a woman, causing sexual humiliation.

In response, the chicken restaurant owner expressed in a comment, "First of all, I repeatedly apologized, but my daughter is suffering from continuous sexual remarks and harsh profanity."
He continued, "Due to many orders, we set the estimated delivery time to 60 minutes and departed exactly at 60 minutes. Since the distance was within 7 minutes, my daughter explained that the delivery time could vary by 5 to 10 minutes. Nevertheless, she received all kinds of insulting remarks and harsh profanity, and after threats that they would come over, my daughter cried all day."
He said, "As a business owner, I couldn't comfort her by saying she should endure it, but my heart felt like it was being torn apart."
He added, "I repeatedly apologized to the customer over the phone, but I cannot tolerate my daughter being treated as a woman providing sexual favors and being demeaned as a low-class woman in the review. I apologize for the delivery being 4 minutes late, but I ask for an apology for writing such a post and subjecting my daughter to harsh profanity and low-class treatment."
Netizens who saw this expressed outrage, saying, "They should be sued." The 'Baedal Minjok' (Delivery Nation) platform also stated that such situations should not be ignored and suggested various measures such as "the headquarters should establish a legal system," "reviews should be written under real names," and "prohibited words should be registered in reviews."
