According to Welcome Savings Bank, the company's mobile application (app) "Welcome Digital Bank," launched in April 2018, reached 2 million downloads in about 1,000 days since its release. The company explained that this was the result of industry-first services such as simple remittance and transfer, and ATM cardless withdrawal services.
The app is scheduled to be revamped as Welbang 3.0 version, equipped with personalized financial services. Improvements will be made to the screen layout, as well as login and service usage speed. Financial services utilizing MyData will also be introduced soon.
