Sancheong-gun Supports Maintenance of Apartment Complexes... Up to 70% of Project Costs

Priority Support for Emergency Safety Repair Projects on Multi-Unit and Multi-Family Housing

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 26th that it will implement the 'Apartment Management Support Project' to ensure the safe management of local apartment complexes and create a pleasant residential environment.

The Apartment Management Support Project includes urgent safety measures, rooftop waterproofing, dredging of water and sewage systems, and maintenance of common areas. The support targets for this year's project are apartment complexes and multi-family housing that have been in use for more than 10 years since approval.

The support rate is up to 70% of the project cost for apartment complexes with 20 or more households. For complexes with fewer than 20 households, support covers up to 90% of the project cost.

Managers of apartment complexes wishing to implement the project can download the application form from the Sancheong-gun website, obtain approval for the project application from the residents' representative meeting by March 19, and then submit the application form and project plan to the Urban Transportation Division.

Sancheong-gun plans to review the appropriateness of the project content and construction costs of the submitted applications, and comprehensively consider urgency, past support frequency, and total amount to determine the project sites.
