OBM goes beyond simply planning and developing products that clients want; it involves creating the brand that clients desire, including product concept, naming, formulation development, and package design. Clients can maximize the use of the manufacturer’s resources and focus more on their core areas such as distribution and marketing, enabling smoother product launches.
Since last year, BNB Korea Co., Ltd. has established a new formulation development team within its research institute to create an environment that allows more efficient focus on new formulation development. They have developed new and experimental formulations with various concepts and characteristics. Now, moving beyond Fast Second, they are focusing on the FD strategy?Fast Second & Development?which aims to provide diverse insights and resources necessary for clients’ new product development as a Helper.
To this end, they conduct weekly online and offline market research to understand market trends and, based on this, proceed with new formulation development and new ingredient sourcing (including investigation of ingredient manufacturing methods). Based on insights gained from market research, they also directly plan brands with various concepts that align with trends, evolving into a specialized OBM manufacturer.
