Hyundai Construction's 'Hillstate Yongin Dunjeon Station' Records Competition Rate of 25 to 1

Hyundai Construction's 'Hillstate Yongin Dunjeon Station,' launched in the Yongin area of Gyeonggi Province, has raised expectations for early sell-out by filling the number of units available despite being a large-scale complex in the first-priority subscription results.


According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription website, Hillstate Yongin Dunjeon Station, which received first-priority local and other area subscription applications from the 23rd (Tuesday) to the 24th (Wednesday), recorded an average competition rate of 6 to 1 with a total of 6,215 applications for 1,035 units (excluding special supply). The highest competition rate was for the 84㎡B type, with 2,326 applications for 93 units (excluding special supply), recording a ratio of 25.01 to 1.


A sales official stated, "Hillstate Yongin Dunjeon Station is a complex where future value can be expected through development benefits such as the planned Seoul-Sejong Expressway and the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway, as well as the Yongin Semiconductor Cluster, so it received strong responses from demanders. Especially, since it is developed as a 'Hillstate' brand complex, we expect contracts to proceed smoothly."


Hillstate Yongin Dunjeon Station consists of 1,721 households across 13 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡. By exclusive area, it includes 392 units of 59㎡A, 54 units of 59㎡B, 380 units of 59㎡C, 110 units of 75㎡A, 110 units of 75㎡B, 489 units of 84㎡A, and 186 units of 84㎡B, composed of highly preferred small to medium-sized floor plans.


Hillstate Yongin Dunjeon Station is within walking distance to the Everline light rail Dunjeon Station and Bopyeong Station. Through this line, it is possible to reach Giheung Station, a transfer station for the Suin-Bundang subway line, within about 20 minutes, and from there, transfer to Seoul Gangnam, Bundang in Gyeonggi, Suwon, and other areas. Additionally, the nearby wide-area bus stop enhances accessibility to Seoul via public transportation.


Access to the Yeongdong Expressway via Yongin IC is convenient, and with the planned Seoul-Sejong Expressway, Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway, and National Road No. 57 (Yongin-Pogok) around the complex, it is expected that travel to surrounding areas will become easier once these roads open.


In Cheoin-gu, where the complex is located, the 'Yongin Semiconductor Cluster,' which will house SK Hynix and more than 50 domestic and international semiconductor companies, is under development, expected to create direct and indirect job opportunities. Furthermore, Yongin City has Yongin Technovalley, the planned 2nd Yongin Technovalley General Industrial Complex, and the planned Yongin International Logistics 4.0 Logistics Complex, providing a location with close proximity to workplaces.


All units feature master bedroom dressing rooms to secure storage space. Approximately 1,000 units, including 59㎡A, 59㎡B, 75㎡A, and 84㎡A, are designed with a 4Bay plate-type structure to ensure cross ventilation and natural lighting. Additionally, the 75㎡ and 84㎡ units include pantries and entrance storage cabinets (except for some types) to increase storage space.


The announcement of winners will be on March 4th (Thursday), and the official contract period will be held for seven days from March 15th (Monday) to March 21st (Sunday). The model house is located in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province.
