[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] The Seoul Shilla Hotel is launching a product targeting the 'immersive generation' that values 'experience' and 'fun.' The hotel rooms are equipped with the latest electronic devices, allowing customers to directly experience them while enjoying a relaxing stay at the hotel.
On the 26th, Seoul Shilla Hotel announced that it will introduce the 'Experience Room with Samsung Electronics' as its first package product for the spring season. This premium product allows guests to enjoy the comfort of a suite room while experiencing Samsung Electronics' latest home appliances.
This package was planned reflecting the consumer trend of increased demand for home appliances due to the prolonged 'stay-at-home' trend caused by COVID-19. It is a product that allows customers to try high-priced home appliances at the hotel before purchasing and decide whether to buy them, while also enjoying rest in a private room.
For this collaboration, a total of three rooms at Seoul Shilla Hotel will be transformed: two corner suite rooms (68㎡) and one premier suite room (84㎡). Four types of the latest home appliances, including the AirDresser, air purifier, Bespoke Cube refrigerator, and The Frame TV, are installed for convenient use during the stay.
The AirDresser features 'Air Wash' that blows powerful air up and down, jet steam, Korea's only clothing-cleaning fine dust filter, and a UV odor decomposition filter, enabling professional clothing care. The new Bespoke AirDresser offers a new 'AI Delicate Dry' function, allowing a single shirt to be quickly dried in 39 minutes without wrinkles using the 'Single Shirt Dry' course, ideal for hotel use.
The Bespoke Cube Air purifier, which purifies the overall air in the room, is also included. Samsung Electronics' Bespoke Cube refrigerator and The Frame TV are designed beyond appliances, resembling art pieces. They can be used in various ways according to consumer preferences.
Seoul Shilla Hotel also offers benefits to customers using the premium home appliance-filled 'Experience Room.' By using the 100,000 KRW worth of food and beverage points provided to package customers, guests can enjoy dining at all food and beverage outlets and room service during their stay, with the amount deducted from the bill at checkout. Additionally, one half bottle of Moet & Chandon Rose is provided.
The Experience Room with Samsung Electronics package includes one night stay in a corner suite or premier suite, Experience Room usage benefits (1 night), 100,000 KRW food and beverage points (credit), one half bottle of Moet & Chandon Rose, one Shilla Bear, and access for two to the gym and indoor swimming pool. It is available from March 2 to April 30.
