Rain will continue until dawn in Jeju, Jeonbuk, and Gyeongbuk areas; until morning in Jeonnam and Gyeongnam areas; and until morning in some parts of the southern coast. Expected precipitation from the 25th to the 26th is 20?60 mm in Jeju Island, 5?40 mm in the southern regions, and less than 5 mm in the Chungcheong area.
The morning low temperature is forecasted to be between -5 and 7 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 8 and 15 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions. However, Incheon, southern Gyeonggi, Sejong, and Chungnam are expected to have 'Bad' levels in the morning.
Winds will be very strong along the East Coast, South Coast, and Jeju coast, with high waves that may overflow coastal roads and breakwaters.
Sea waves will range from 0.5 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea and South Sea nearshore waters, and from 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea nearshore waters. Offshore wave heights are expected to be 1 to 5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 5.0 meters in the West Sea, and 2 to 6 meters in the South Sea.
