The local corporation operating a lithium-ion battery separator (LiBS) business in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, received the award at a major investment project ceremony held on the 18th. This ceremony selects companies that have consistently invested locally, with seven recipients this year. The company stated that it was recognized for proceeding with investments as planned despite the challenging environment due to COVID-19. This marks the second consecutive year the company has received the award.
On the following day, the 19th, an employee of the local corporation received the 2020 Jintan Development Contribution Award. This award is given to organizations and individuals who contributed to the development of Jintan District during China's 13th Five-Year Plan economic development policy period. Similarly, this is the second consecutive year receiving the award.
