This promotion was prepared to expand sales channels for local agricultural, fishery, and livestock producers, small business owners, and flower farms who are struggling due to the sharp decline in consumption caused by the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. During the event, anyone who leaves a "New Start Support" comment for 2021 on the Post Office Shopping site will receive a discount coupon pack worth 10,000 KRW, including two discount coupons for purchasing graduation and entrance ceremony flower deliveries at special prices. The convenient nourishing meal Chueotang, which promotes health ahead of spring, is available at a 21% discount, and red ginseng sticks, which are good health supplements, can be purchased at a 51% discounted price.

To support the sales channels of about 30 flower farms in Gangjin-gun, which are having difficulties selling due to the cancellation of graduation and entrance ceremonies, a special exhibition called "Farmers' Help Love Gangjin Roses" is also being operated, where customers can receive high-quality roses via Post Office Courier. Ten roses are sold for 11,900 KRW. In collaboration with Jeollanam-do and Gangjin County Office, shipping costs are supported, so customers can receive fresh flowers shipped the same day from the flower farms without any shipping fee burden. During the period, sales are limited to 300 bouquets per day.
