The woman who jumped into the burning car was identified as Raybe Oh, a former flight attendant and singer.
The fire truck arrived about seven minutes after the accident, and Oh was immediately taken to the hospital but remains in critical condition.

The man she risked her life to save was her fianc?, Jonathan Long (29), who worked in the financial industry.
All five men in their 20s who were passengers in the BMW died. The driver of the vehicle was revealed to be Jonathan Long's financial advisor.
One of Oh's friends said in a media interview, "She was injured while trying to open the (car) door. She was trying to save her lover."
The media reported Oh's actions as an act of love, making it a major news story.
Oh was at a restaurant across from the accident scene when the crash occurred and ran toward the car after witnessing the accident.
The father of the deceased Long expressed his sorrow in an interview with Shinmin Ilbo, saying about his future daughter-in-law Oh, "She was like a daughter to me." It was reported that Oh and Long had been dating for several years and were planning to marry soon and buy a house.
Meanwhile, Oh had been performing as a 'Getai' singer, a traditional Singaporean music performance, since she was 16 to earn tuition fees. It was also reported that she recently suffered a pay cut.
