Additionally, through pillar module optimization, the floor height from basement level 2 to the 5th floor above ground will reach up to 6 meters, and 5-ton wing body vehicles will be able to access the corresponding units directly. A dedicated 5-ton freight elevator will be installed, and parking spaces will be provided up to 200% capacity.
The transportation environment, an important factor for knowledge industry centers, is also excellent. Galmae Donggurung TG is nearby, allowing travel to Gangnam within 20 minutes, and access to nearby urban areas via the 2nd Gyeongbu Expressway is convenient. Additionally, accessibility to Olympic-daero via the Seoul Ring Expressway is outstanding. Wide-area logistics transport is expected to be easy using the Seoul-Yangyang Expressway and Sejong-Pocheon Expressway. The GTX-B line connecting Maseok to Songdo, which has passed the preliminary feasibility study, as well as subway lines 4 and 8, are becoming visible, adding transportation benefits.
