On the 19th, at the debate held at the Baekbeom Memorial Hall in Seoul, candidate Oh Se-hoon raised doubts about candidate Oh Shin-hwan's overall real estate measures. Oh Se-hoon said, "I have doubts about the figure of 30,000 households," adding, "According to the Youth Basic Act, youth are defined as those aged 19 to 34, and the population of Seoul slightly exceeds 2.2 million," and asked, "On what basis is the 30,000 households decided?"

Candidate Oh Shin-hwan explained, "There is a system in Seoul based on 300 million KRW within 50% of the median income, which we apply," and added, "The meaning of 30,000 households is that the land lease and repurchase condition system is a policy that supplements past failed cases."

In response, Oh Se-hoon said, "Basic livelihood security recipients or lower-income groups will likely find it difficult to receive benefits due to economic equity," and added, "Those near the median income, who are the target recipients, will receive it, so equity needs to be improved."

He continued, "Taereung Golf Course and others are national lands, and as you would know from being a city council member, national lands are absolutely not given away; instead, Seoul city land must be exchanged, but in that case, securing sites is difficult," he said. He further criticized, "Considering the cost of securing sites, supplying half-half apartments will be nearly impossible." Oh Se-hoon said, "If about 30,000 households are supplied, there will probably be no more land for the public sector to supply half-half apartments."
