LH Opens 'Public-Led 3080+ Integrated Support Center'

Providing Business Consulting and Counseling Services to Landowners and Associations Regarding the 2.4 Measures
Enhancing Counseling Expertise by Utilizing Experts in Each Business Field

[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 18th that it opened the ‘Public-led 3080+ Integrated Support Center’ at the LH Metropolitan Housing Supply Special Headquarters located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul on the 17th.

The newly opened Public-led 3080+ Integrated Support Center was established to promptly and efficiently implement the ‘Public-led 3080+ Drastic Expansion Plan for Metropolitan Housing Supply’ announced by the government on the 4th.

The Integrated Support Center consists of △Policy Promotion Team △System Operation Team △Consultation HUB, and the Consultation HUB operates as dedicated teams for each project, including the Public Direct Maintenance Project Team, Urban Public Housing Complex Project Team, Small-scale Maintenance Project Team, Urban Regeneration Team, as well as offices by regional headquarters.

Specifically, △the Policy Promotion Team oversees center operations and policy promotion △the System Operation Team handles system improvements and policy support △the Consultation HUB is responsible for project consulting and counseling. In particular, the Consultation HUB has dedicated teams composed of LH personnel in charge of each project, enhancing the expertise in project consulting and counseling.

Starting with the center opened in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, LH plans to sequentially expand the Integrated Support Centers to each regional headquarters.

An LH official stated, "The Integrated Support Center will serve as a communication channel between project implementers and landowners, acting as a foothold for expanding housing supply in metropolitan areas," and added, "We will do our best to provide counseling and project consulting for landowners and associations."
