[Breaking] COVID-19 Case Confirmed at Hanmi Pharm Headquarters... Employees on Same Floor Sent Home for Testing

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Juhyung] One person at the Hanmi Pharm headquarters in Songpa-gu, Seoul, tested positive for COVID-19.

According to the pharmaceutical industry on the 17th, Hanmi Pharm announced internally that an employee working on the 13th floor of the headquarters tested positive for COVID-19 that morning.

The employee worked from the 15th of this week until the morning of the 16th.

Hanmi Pharm sent all employees on the 13th floor home. They will undergo testing at screening clinics.

A Hanmi Pharm official said, "The 13th floor houses various support departments, so these are not employees working in the field such as sales," adding, "The epidemiological investigation results will be released this afternoon."
