[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] On the 11th, LG Energy Solution stated regarding the US International Trade Commission (ITC) ruling on the battery trade secret infringement lawsuit, "If trade secret infringement or technology theft has occurred, we may take legal action," adding, "Currently, we are not considering additional lawsuits."

When asked whether they would file additional lawsuits against SK Innovation in other regions such as Europe and Korea, they responded, "We believe trade secret infringement has also occurred in other countries," and added, "Whether to pursue lawsuits in other regions depends on SK Innovation's attitude."
