Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Bad' in southern Gyeonggi, Sejong, and Chungbuk due to the influx of foreign fine dust, while other areas will range from 'Good' to 'Moderate.' Seoul, Incheon, northern Gyeonggi, and Chungnam may experience 'Bad' levels at night.
The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "Due to fog, drizzle may occur, and some roads may have black ice. Please be cautious about traffic safety, and passengers using airplanes or ships should check navigation information in advance."
