Daedong Metal Reports 25% Sales Increase Last Year... 60 Won Cash Dividend Per Share

[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] Daedong Metal announced on the 3rd that its sales revenue last year increased by 25.5% compared to the previous year, reaching 111.1 billion KRW. Operating profit decreased by 9.8% to 2.9 billion KRW, while net profit for the period increased by 19,888.9% to 1.5 billion KRW.

The company explained, "Sales increased due to a rise in automobile parts volume," and added, "As a result of the court's settlement recommendation in the ordinary wage lawsuit, expenses of 1.609 billion KRW were reflected, causing a difference with net profit for the period."

Daedong Metal decided to pay a cash dividend of 60 KRW per common share.
