[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Bioinfra Life Sciences announced on the 3rd that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) jointly with Sebichae and China's Haoenku International Trading Company to promote the export of its recently launched Sonoskin brand (SONO CUBE, SONOSKIN) to China.
The licensing for the distribution of Sonoskin in China will be directly pursued by Qingdao Haoenku International Trading Company, Sebichae's local partner in China. The company plans to serve as a bridge to not only secure licensing for Sonoskin within China but also to establish a stable distribution network, enabling Korea's competitive skincare products to successfully enter the Chinese market.
Lee Deok-yoon, CEO of Bioinfra Life Sciences, stated, "As a competitive skincare product applying skin drug delivery technology, it will be recognized for its technology and efficacy not only in the domestic market but also overseas. We will soon achieve meaningful results in the Asian region, including the Chinese market, as well as the Middle East."
Bioinfra Life Sciences recently possesses core technology that effectively delivers functional substances deep into the skin using ultrasound and microbubbles. Utilizing this technology, the company launched the skincare brand Sonoskin (SONOSKIN) in December last year, which satisfies both innovation and marketability.
The core of the Sonoskin brand is the innovative technology that allows substances proven effective for skin elasticity and wrinkle improvement to reach deep into the skin through home-use ultrasound devices and microbubble sprays.
Lee Yoo-sang, CEO of Sebichae, which was responsible for manufacturing SONO CUBE, explained, "The core of Sonoskin is its technology, and the patented microbubble ingredient can expand product partnerships with cosmetics companies in China. Unlike existing skincare export businesses that stop at short-term trends, it has unlimited potential to establish a long-term and sustainable export model."
