Hanwha Life Insurance Pledges Ethical Compliance... "Practicing Integrity Management" Hanwha Life held an ethics and compliance pledge ceremony via video conference on the morning of the 27th and declared its commitment to practicing ethical management this year.

[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Hanwha Life announced on the morning of the 27th that it held an ethics and compliance pledge ceremony via video conference and declared its commitment to practicing ethical management this year.

At the pledge ceremony, Hanwha Life CEO Yeo Seung-joo signed the ethics and compliance pledge, vowing to lead by example, and the executives also reaffirmed their determination to take the lead in transparent and fair management activities through an ethics and compliance oath. Employees and FPs (financial planners) also participated in the pledge online, committing to proper job performance and voluntary practice.

Hanwha Life plans to establish effective internal control standards based on a "self-compliance guideline" centered on the field. By introducing work unit checklists and department-specific compliance indices, the company aims to foster an ethical management culture involving all employees. Additionally, an untact ethics and compliance campaign for employees will be held once a month.

CEO Yeo Seung-joo said, "To enhance corporate sustainability, ethical and compliant management must be practiced, and for this, all employees must participate in legal compliance with a high sense of ethics. Let us establish a compliance culture based on autonomy and responsibility and practice ethical management where customers, society, and Hanwha Life can grow together."
