[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] SK Infosec announced on the 26th that it will strengthen cooperation with small and medium-sized security companies this year to practice ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management.
SK Infosec is a company responsible for security services such as information protection consulting and security monitoring, with major clients including financial institutions, large corporations, and public organizations.
These clients are places where small and medium-sized security companies face difficulties expanding their market. SK Infosec decided to discover product groups needed by clients and strengthen connections with products from small and medium-sized enterprises.
In fact, SK Infosec signed cooperation agreements last year with Genieons, Net&End, Xgate, SaferZone, Jiranjigyo S&C, Quadminer, Susan INT, and SecureAir, and has been promoting business with them. The projects cooperated with these companies achieved business results of about 22 billion KRW, comparable to the sales of one domestic small and medium-sized security company.
Park Soonjo, Head of Sales Group 1 at SK Infosec, stated, "SK Infosec, which has a large customer sales network, and small and medium-sized security companies with excellent solutions are working hard to create a market in a mutually complementary relationship."
SK Infosec plans to continue its win-win growth cases this year as well. It intends to target the personal information protection market in line with the Personal Information Protection Act.
