Hoban Construction Secures First Order of the Year with Garojutaek Maintenance Project in Bucheon, Gyeonggi

[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] Hoban Construction has achieved its first order of the year in the urban redevelopment sector.

On the 25th, Hoban Construction announced that it was selected as the contractor for the Samik Apartment 2-dong Street Housing Redevelopment Project in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province on the 23rd, marking its first urban redevelopment project order of the year.

This project involves constructing a building with 3 basement floors and 17 above-ground floors, comprising 202 apartment units and auxiliary welfare facilities, located at 51, Gyeongin-ro 134beon-gil, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do (Songnae-dong).

The association plans to proceed with the project aiming to pass the architectural review within the first half of the year and start construction by October next year.

The complex is near Jung-dong Station on Seoul Subway Line 1 and offers convenient access to Gyeongin-ro in Incheon.

Nearby schools within walking distance include Seongju Elementary School, Bucheon Nam Middle School, and Bucheon High School.
