Project Budget of 1.02 Billion KRW, Support for 285 Households

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Jinju City, Gyeongnam Province announced on the 24th that it will promote the slate disposal support project in 2021 to protect residents' health and create a pleasant residential environment.
This year, the city will support a total of 285 households with a budget of 1.02 billion KRW, including slate disposal support for 250 residential households, roof improvement for 15 vulnerable households, and slate disposal support for 20 non-residential buildings such as warehouses.
Basic livelihood security recipients and lower-income groups are given priority support. The support amount is 3.44 million KRW for houses, 3 million KRW for roof improvements, and for non-residential buildings, support is provided for areas up to 200㎡ per building, with any excess costs borne by the individual.
A city official stated, "We hope for great interest and active participation in the slate disposal support project to protect citizens' health and create a pleasant residential environment."
