[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] The Westin Chosun Seoul is offering a special Lunar New Year package called the "Stay Warm, Stay Cozy Lunar New Year Edition" for stays during the Lunar New Year holiday from February 11 to 13.
This Lunar New Year package features a home entertainment set designed to provide guests with a cozy and comfortable time in their rooms while evoking the festive holiday atmosphere.
As a home entertainment item, the package includes a Yutnori set made with embroidered quilted bojagi (traditional Korean wrapping cloth) from the lifestyle brand "Hoho-dang," which captures the colors of Korea. The set is wrapped in bojagi that embodies Korean beauty.
To celebrate the Year of the Black Ox, customers using the Lunar New Year package will receive a scratch coupon. Prizes include a stay at the top-tier Presidential Suite worth approximately 15 million KRW, a two-person meal voucher for the Sushi Jo Ebisu course, restaurant discount coupons, and a set of two Heavenly pillows. Each stay grants one scratch coupon, and guests who participate in a mobile Yutnori game at check-in and roll a "Mo" or "Yut" will receive an additional scratch coupon. The company stated, "This prize event, where everyone wins, adds fun to a pleasant hotel stay."
Additional benefits vary by room type. Deluxe and Executive room guests will receive two take-out coffees brewed with Chosun Deli's "Vivente Signature" beans and almond florentines, while guests staying in suites or higher will be offered a Western-style afternoon tea set at the lounge & bar.
Furthermore, in collaboration with Shinsegae's living & lifestyle brand Casamia, coupon books and rug exchange vouchers exclusively for Chosun Hotel guests will be provided.
The Westin Chosun Seoul has also prepared a phone reservation-only promotion offering a 10,000 KRW discount for one-night bookings, and a 50% discount on the second room's rate when booking two or more rooms or staying two or more consecutive nights. Room rates start from 230,000 KRW (service charge and tax excluded) depending on the room type.
