Installation of Court-Exclusive Unmanned Civil Service Issuance Machine at Gwanak-gu Office Civil Service Room

Issuance of Corporate Seal Certificates and Corporate Registry Copies Available, Contributing to Enhanced Convenience for Business Visitors

[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Gwanak-gu (Mayor Park Junhee) has newly installed a 'Court-Exclusive Unmanned Civil Service Issuing Machine' on the first floor of the main building's civil service office for the convenience of residents.

Since there is no registry office in Gwanak-gu, residents had the inconvenience of having to visit other areas such as the Seoul Central District Court Registry Office when they needed corporate registration certificates and corporate seal certificates.

Accordingly, to resolve the time and economic inconveniences of over 4,300 registered corporations and their employees in the area, the district office conducted several months of business consultations with the Court Administration Office regarding the installation of the issuing machine and started the service on the 13th.

The certificates that can be issued through the 'Court-Exclusive Unmanned Civil Service Issuing Machine' are three types: real estate registration certificate, corporate registration certificate, and corporate seal certificate.

The issuance fee is 1,000 KRW per copy, available on weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM, and it does not operate on weekends and public holidays.

Meanwhile, the district office has installed and operates a total of 24 unmanned civil service issuing machines at the district office, community service centers, and locations such as Sillim Station, Bongcheon Station, and Gwanak Tax Office, which can issue a total of 112 types of civil service documents including resident registration certificates, building registers, and military service certificates.

Mayor Park Junhee said, “With the installation of the corporate-exclusive unmanned civil service issuing machine, it is expected that the convenience of visitors such as businesspeople will be further enhanced as various certificates issued by the district office and court documents can be handled in a one-stop manner,” and added, “We will continue to make various efforts to improve the convenience of residents' daily lives.”
