Naver "Never Considered Acquiring Jeju Bank"

On the 19th, Naver issued a statement saying, "We have never considered acquiring Jeju Bank and have never conducted any negotiations related to Jeju Bank."

It added, "Naver Financial, our financial subsidiary, is also not considering direct entry through the acquisition of a financial company," and "The claims that we are making efforts to acquire Jeju Bank or obtain a banking license are groundless."
