Known for its low-irritation #mil-dang-moisturizing for sensitive skin and loved nationwide, Cetaphil teams up with the friendly charm of Kakao Friends. The meeting of these two nationally beloved brands has generated great anticipation and interest even before the launch.
This collaboration showcases the core of #mil-dang-moisturizing and Cetaphil’s unique skin science, the ‘Moisture Lock Technology,’ through Kakao Friends. It unfolds with the story of CON LAB solving sensitive skin concerns, delivering Cetaphil’s technological expertise to consumers in a relatable way.
Cetaphil’s Moisture Lock Technology forms a moisturizing barrier on dry and sensitive skin caused by damage to the skin barrier, locking in moisture within the skin and preventing moisture loss from the skin surface. In particular, it pushes moisture deep inside the skin and pulls moisture from outside into the skin, maintaining hydrated skin for a long time, making it effective for dry, tight, and itchy sensitive skin.
This collaboration consists of Cetaphil’s best products such as ‘Moisturizing Lotion’ and ‘Moisturizing Cream.’ Additionally, collaboration goods featuring the popular Kakao Friends characters Apeach and Ryan, including ‘cleansing hairbands,’ ‘hand mirrors,’ and ‘pouches,’ will also be available. The ‘Cetaphil X Kakao Friends’ collaboration products will be sold exclusively on KakaoTalk Store and eBay channels starting from the 25th.
Kim Jung-yeon, head of Cetaphil’s marketing team, said, “We expect to approach consumers more familiarly through collaboration with Kakao Friends, who are loved by the public,” and added, “Cetaphil’s research for sensitive skin will continue.”
On KakaoTalk Store, Cetaphil’s best products are organized into a total of 12 special sets, with exclusive gifts such as the ‘Apeach cleansing hairband’ and ‘Apeach hand mirror.’ On the eBay channel, six special sets will be sold, and Ryan goods including the ‘Ryan cleansing hairband’ will be given as gifts.
