Korean native PEF (Private Equity Fund with Management Participation) Q Capital Partners has established a professional golf team.
On the 18th, at Qro Golf Course in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, CEO Hwang Hee-yeon and KLPGA Tour players including Park Chae-yoon (27) attended to announce the launch of the new golf team. Park Chae-yoon is a player with two career wins, including one major victory. The team consists of four members: regular tour players Hwang Jeong-mi (22) and Yoo Hyo-ju (24), and Mada Som (22), a former national team member playing on the Dream (2nd division) Tour. Oh Se-uk, who coached the women's national team at the 2002 Busan Asian Games, serves as the team director.
CEO Hwang said, "I am pleased to form a golf team with outstanding players representing the KLPGA Tour," adding, "I hope the players' performances will deliver a message of hope and overcoming difficulties to the public weary from COVID-19."
