The number of confirmed cases related to Hyojeong Nursing Hospital has increased to 146, and those related to Jungang Hospital to 14. The remaining 5 new confirmed cases include 3 nth-generation infections who had contact with existing confirmed cases, 1 imported case, and 1 case with an unknown infection route.
In Jeonnam Province as well, 15 people were confirmed positive as of the previous day.
There were 9 in Yeongam, 3 in Gangjin, 1 in Yeonggwang, 1 in Hwasun, and 1 in Suncheon. The confirmed cases in Yeongam and Gangjin occurred through temples as a medium. Including the first confirmed case on the 14th, the total number of related confirmed cases has increased to 24.
The confirmed case in Suncheon was found to have visited a hospital in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, and had contact with a confirmed case there. The infection routes of the confirmed cases in Yeonggwang and Hwasun have not been identified.
