Hanwha Aero Decides to Acquire Setrec Eye Shares Worth 58.9 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daehyun] Hanwha Aerospace announced on the 13th that it has decided to acquire 1,817,120 shares of satellite specialist company Satrec Initiative for 58,921,930,000 KRW in cash.

This represents 2.06% of the consolidated equity as of 2019, and the purpose of the acquisition is to expand its business in the satellite sector. The shareholding ratio after acquisition will be 20%.
