Mizuno, JPX921 Forged "Complete Iron Set"

This is the 2021 new product ‘JPX921 Forged (photo)’ introduced by Korea Mizuno. It is the world's first precision forged one-piece iron made of high-strength ‘Chromoly 4120’ material. It offers excellent elasticity and outstanding flexibility while maintaining its shape during impact. The head face thickness is 0.5mm thinner compared to previous models. The sweet spot is designed wider, boasting the best repulsion and maximum ball initial velocity. This translates into improved distance.

The soft yet solid hitting feel and the long-lasting sound of the strike are not compromised. The ‘Grain Flow Forged’ method enables integrated forging of the face and neck. Additionally, it is equipped with a ‘Stability Frame’ to enhance forgiveness. The ‘Micro Slot’ structure, with CNC-milled areas expanded by 6.4%, is applied. The top line is sleek, and the trailing edge is ground to allow the sole to glide smoothly. It is available for purchase after testing at dealerships.
