GC Green Cross and Binex Sign MOU for Contract Manufacturing Cooperation

[Asia Economy, Reporter Cho Hyun] GC Green Cross announced on January 8 that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Binex for cooperation in the contract manufacturing organization (CMO) business for pharmaceuticals.

The two companies plan to continue comprehensive collaboration in the biopharmaceutical CMO business. GC Green Cross has strengths in the field of finished pharmaceutical products, such as vials and pre-filled syringes (PFS). Binex is recognized for its capabilities in contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) services for biopharmaceuticals.

GC Green Cross stated, "Since the two companies have different strengths in CMO-related capabilities, we expect to create synergy through cooperation."

Binex is a CDMO company with experience in biopharmaceutical development and production, equipped with biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities with a total capacity of 12,000 liters. The company provides comprehensive CDMO services, ranging from early-stage development to clinical drug production and commercial product supply.
